About the project

Tangaza Community Based Organization will establish a community-centered, solar-powered digital hubs in Kehancha, Migori County, Kenya.

The project will provide affordable internet access, digital literacy training, entrepreneurship support, and gender empowerment programs targeting women, girls, and youth in Kuria East and Kuria West. Through access to digital tools and skills, the project aims to reduce the digital divide, increase economic opportunities, promote online learning, and support social transformation initiatives.

About the partner

Tangaza Community Based Organization (Tangaza CBO) is a grassroots, non-profit organization operating in Migori County, Kenya. The organization was founded by local youth and women leaders from Kuria East and Kuria West to address key socio-economic challenges affecting underserved rural communities.
